What a way to get away from it all but to go south... to La Union. We credit this travel to our good friend Joan who allowed us to stay with them on this adventure.
We had a lot of things packed up today but the highlight of it all was with out travel to Tangadan Falls here in San Fernando, La Union.
The place has a wonderful falls most locals and some tourist are fond of going into. They say there are two routes to get to the place. What we took was the more "adventurous" path.
It start with this trek to the mountainside.
This trek seemed to be harder than I though since we've been walking for hours on end and still no sign of the falls.
We had to take a break before continuing as this kubo strangely was offering halo-halo to unexpected travellers.
Finish Line! We have reached our destination. There are a lot of people today and the sun was scorching hot but nonetheless, we arrived.
