One lunch time we've decided to go to a Mexican restaurant at SM Clark where, as we've heard , serves a good portion of Mexican foods, so we went to a place called Champas, It's a Mexican restaurant where they serve all the best Mexican food in town... there's only one problem though... we can't eat them all at once.
We'll we're not disappointed. The place, decorations and the ambiance looked and feel Mexican alright, with all the Muerto wall paintings and the sombrero and poncho on the wall, it's definitely going to set your appetite close to the word, "spicy".
Here's what they can offer:
So as you can see, the place is all about Mexican food. The one in the picture below was what my girlfriend ordered, it's beef stew but a cheesy type.
Their Beef Tenderloin is too good to be true. Their service size is the best.
A friend of ours orders this, a Stuffed Porkchop, the best slab of pork stuffed with cheese and vegetables in it. What delights me though is the brand of their condiments. On a table they served two of this kind, the Chili Verde which is
a green chili sauce and the Habanero which is a hot-hot pepper sauce, Caramba! sure gave a hot sauce the difference.
A couple of weeks after we tried a different kind of meal and it was satisfying. Above was a T-Bone Steak and a Grilled Pork Chop. We've also tried their Bandito Burger.
