Indian Dish Trip: Pork Butter Masala with Home-made Naan

Today we're tripping on an experimental flavor of culinary fusion. It's a cross between traditional Indian cuisine and modern pressure-cooked pork. We call it Pork Butter Masala with Naan.

The truth was we're supposed to have a Chicken Butter with Naan however we've ran out of Chicken today so we've decided to use Pork instead.


After cooking the Masala we've tried cooking the Naan in a traditional fashion. So we've made the dough first.

Then have it rested.

Flattered it out into their desirable sizes.

Then pan heated it till it's bloated. Here's a video of it.

Somehow we've made about a dozen naan.

But guess what, we've devoured all of it in one go. My wife nephew Jayce love it too. We'll go try this again one of these days.
