One of my Gourmet Favorites: Sauted Pork Giniling with Mushrooms

There's always that one day where my wife surprises me with some exquisite dish that I rarely would get... sometimes maybe once a year, and this is one of those dishes.


A sauted ground pork with aromatics and sizzled with Oyster Mushrooms from the highlands or probably from a nearby mountain area which was delighted by an umami of flavors from spices drizzled unto it's sauce


It's that delicious, and like I said to my wife, there's always the carenderia, however, what you make for me is always 5 star Michelin level.
