Stunning Burger-Fries at Gmall. The Euro Baker Experience

Have you ever been impressed from something so much unexpected Inside the most unexpected of places? Well I did when I got a chance to taste this House Specialty Burger-Fries meal that ultimately change my view of Brioche Buns... Forever!
It all started with us just trying to stroll around, getting all nostalgic-like going back to Gmall for the first time this year in several months that's not rushed and free to do whatever.
After McDo we decided we head top first 6th floor/the Peak, and then slowly go down each floor visiting just specific sites before completing our goal for the day: doing the groceries.
Although feeling tired and getting Clinomania all over my body, we've managed to visit the Peak, the gaming area, the outdoors area, the massage chair (which I hope highly recommend for people about my age) the hardware area, and before going to the groceries we've decided to get a durian coffee for a change, because, why not.

We've decided to go with Euro Baker since that's the most obviously convenient Bakery/Cafe serving that delicious drink around. We chose the cold one, not the hot one (although I would want to try it next time.)

It was so strong it woke me up from inside-out. And my burp tasted and smelled like Durian.
We've decided to check their menu and ordered their signature Euro Burger, I kind-of hesitated at first because it was a Brioche bun burger, in the past I had a bad experience with Brioche and I condemed it for life, but my wife convinced me otherwise, which was for the better because this burger totally 360'ed my view or Brioche Burger forever.

The sauce was one of a kind and mixed with the home made patty and the mushroom complimented the fries in it.

Here's a pic of their menu

And this is the place...

Another shot from another angle.

I was so fulfilled by this place I'll come back to it someday.
Afterwards we went to the groceries, did our purpose and went home. Hopefully I can try the burger with cheese next time.
